Annotation: The main goal of the project is to streamline the education of healthcare workers in the field of health and safety using virtual reality. The project creates a number of educational software applications in specific areas of health care and partially also in the area of social services. In the form of credibly processed situations/procedures from the environment of medical facilities, the educational software will ensure the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of health and safety, thanks to which an increase in knowledge and skills in the given issue will be achieved and the associated reduction in the number of occupational accidents and other negative impacts related to insufficient experience and knowledge. Analytical processing and evaluation of training effectiveness are also part of the research task. It is clear from world studies that virtual reality shows quality results from the point of view of remembering the training content, but also from the point of view of the possible autonomy of solutions. The evaluation of effectiveness will then monitor parameters such as the ability to remember the content in relation to the reduction of occupational accidents or the increase in the efficiency of medical personnel caused by the possible autonomy of the solution, specifically the degree of workload of experienced personnel, who under normal training conditions must train less experienced or newly arrived colleagues.
