Annotation: The main goal of the CITADELS project is to foster the development of human-centric Industry 5.0 in seven EU widening countries and strengthen their position in the DeepTech field. The project brings together universities, technology companies, and innovation institutions to align academic research with industry needs. It focuses on talent circulation, creating attractive career opportunities, and building local ecosystems capable of adopting cutting-edge technologies. The project also supports the transfer of research into industrial practice and contributes to economic resilience and social cohesion by modernizing industries and creating high-value jobs.
